The comparison and Interactive research of Online and offline business operations mode
Abstract:Since 2013the explosion of O2O Mode gave apparel industry a just the right opportunity for its development. From the first half of 2012 apparel industry had already started intense competition. Almost all regular apparel industry faced huge strength and challenge. This paper started literature review based on the operational integration of online and offline modes. In the context of the STP theory and SWOT analysis method described, the paper first described several types of the integration of online and offline mode under the apparel industry. Then use the model enterprise in this field---Metersbonwe, detailed analysis of its strengths and weaknesses. Finally for the next line of apparel companies online to offline integrate operations status. The paper raised three proposals, (a) based on different sources of differentiated products, (b) the integration of the consumer shopping experience, (c) to enhance consumers' access to convenience.
