摘要 随着电子商务不断加快推陈出新的步伐,许多企业逐渐加入竞争电子商务范畴。针对现代人的快速生活要求,迅速将货物送达客户手中将会是各大电商抢占龙头的重要衡量指标之一,对于电子商务是否能够持续高歌发展,关键在于能否在最优成本条件下准时送货上门。由于我国的物流技术起步晚、现阶段的发展水平低,物流基础设施相对落后,尽管物流的支柱作用日益凸显,在支撑电子商务高速成长的物流配送环节中,存有许多空间尚待改进。本文将展开讲述电子商务与物流配送的依存关系,并以京东商城的自建物流体系为例,在指出其物流模式存在的问题基础上,提出其在选择和自身规模相符的物流模式时,京东商城需要考虑的影响要素和基本流程。再者,综合考虑电商企业内外部的影响因素,并在对内部和外部要素进行评估之后,依据评价的结果选出与之匹配最优化的物流模式。最后,在自建物流配送模式的研究基础上,主要针对京东商城物流模式的发展现状和企业发展目标做出详细的研究,并对其现有的单一自建物流配送模式做出评估,分析其物流模式的不足之处,以及在此基础上对其进行改进。4507

Abstract
