摘要:心理资本是影响工作绩效的重要影响因素之一。文章以企业中的35岁以下青年员工为研究对象,将心理资本划分为事务型心理资本和人际型心理资本;将工作绩效划分为任务绩效、工作奉献和人际促进,构建了心理资本与工作绩效的模型,并在此基础上进行实证研究。研究结果表明:心理资本及各文度与工作绩效及各文度呈正相关关系;事务型心理资本比人际型心理资本对任务绩效的影响更大,而人际型心理资本比事务型心理资本对工作奉献和人际促进的影响更大。20053

The Study on the Relationship between Young Employees' Psychological Capital and Job Performance
Abstract: Psychological capital is one of the important factors influencing the work performance. Using young employees under 35 of the enterprise as the research object, the thesis pides the psychological capital into transactional psychological capital and interpersonal psychological capital and pides job performance into task performance. job dedication and interpersonal facilitation, then builds the model between psychological capital and job performance in order to give some empirical analysis. Studies suggest that it has positively correlated relationship among different dimensions of psychological capital and job performance. Beside transactional psychological capital has more effect than interpersonal psychological capital on job performance, while on the contrary for job dedication and interpersonal facilitation.
