摘要为了提高钢铁表面的耐磨性能, 应用等离子弧熔覆方法,成功在Q235钢表面熔覆了一层Fe,Al,B,Si,Y2O3混合物,制备出Fe-Al 金属间化合物涂层。研究了熔覆电流,速度,摆幅对熔覆层表面质量的影响。结果表明:在熔覆电流130A,速度8cm/min,摆幅4mm时熔覆层表面质量最好,在此工艺下熔覆层硬度较高,其最高显微硬度可达到730.3HV0.3。通过XRD实验和对熔覆层及其与钢基体界面的金相组织结构研究, 认为该工艺可以在钢基表面获得致密、无夹杂的铁铝金属间化合物层, 合金层与基体间完全冶金结。熔覆层主要由Fe3Al, FeAl2 和α-Fe 相构成。

Title Studying of plasma arc cladding on steel surface
Abstract
In order to improve the surface wear resistance of steel,Fe-A1
intermetallic coats were prepared on stee1 substrate by plasma arc cladding method with powders of Fe, Al, B, Si, Y2O3.Cladding of current, speed, swing were investigated. The results indicate that quality of surface is best when cladding of current, speed, swing is 130A, 8cm/min, 4mm. It had been found that the most hardness of the clad coating was 730.4HV0.3, about four higher than that of the substrate.The microstructure and phase constitution of the coat and the boundary between coat and substrate were studied with X—ray analysis technique. The results showed that compact coats jointed metallurgically with the steel were all obtained and the microstructure was found to consist of Fe3Al, FeAl2 and α- Fe phases mainly.
