摘要 至今为止全世界大概有1/3的土地是盐碱地,而且正以不断增加的趋势发展。本论文主要研究萱草在盐胁迫情况下的生理指标变化情况,在实验过程中改变萱草生长环境的指标,在氯化钠(NaCl)含量为0mmol/L、45mmol/L、90mmol/L、180mmol/L的培养基里面生长,培育一段时间后测定其植株存活率、叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性等生理指标观察分析这些生理指标的改变对萱草生长的影响,为萱草抗盐栽种及培育耐盐的新品种的未来提供参考。结果表明:在盐胁迫的程度不断增加的情况下,萱草的植株存活率、叶绿素含量呈下降趋势,细胞膜透性呈上升趋势,同时,在选取的3号、4号组培苗中,4号组培苗明显比3号组培苗耐盐性强。

Determination and Analysis of Several Physiological Indexes of Salt Stressed Grasses
Abstract To date, about one-third of the world’s land is saline and alkaline, and it is developing with an increasing trend. In this thesis, we mainly studied the changes of physiological indexes of Valeriana vulgaris under salt stress. In the experiment, we changed the index of growth environment of barnyardgrass. The content of sodium chloride (NaCl) was 0mmol/L, 45mmol/L, 90mmol/L, and 180mmol/. The culture medium of L grows. After incubation for a period of time, the viability, chlorophyll content, cell membrane permeability, and other physiological indexes are measured to observe the effect of these physiological changes on the growth of barnyardgrass. The future of the variety provides a reference. The results showed that under the condition of increasing salt stress, the survival rate and chlorophyll content of Valeriana officinalis declined, and the permeability of cell membranes showed an upward trend. At the same time, in No. 3 and No. 4 tissue culture seedlings, No. 4 was selected. The tissue culture seedlings were significantly more salt-tolerant than the 3 plantlets.
