摘要：基金型信托产品是一种新兴产品，是在传统信托产品的基础上，融合基金的特点，主要是通 过信托公司的力量，在接受委托人财产委托的基础上，制定相应的信托计划，并根据市场的投资趋 势，最大限度降低风险，取得收益，并根据合同的具体情况分享收益。目前基金型信托产品主要是 依靠现代投资组合理论，改变传统的单一投资模式，通过投资组合降低投资风险，它一般包括两个 以上的信托产品。根据调查发现，目前市场的基金化信托产品覆盖范围比较广，主要是以产业基金 的形式出现，本文力在探索新常态下信托产品基金化的转型可行性分析，分析基金化趋势的必然性 及其优势。

Feasibility analysis of trust business transformation under the new normal

Abstract ： Fund trust products are relative to traditional trust products, is a trust products with the characteristics of the fund. We can define this type of product as a fund type: by the trust company entrusted funds or other property entrusted to the establishment of a trust or trust plan, according to the principle of portfolio persification and the gains obtained by investors share according to the  proportion, a collection of trust products and bear risk.The fund trust product is based on the modern portfolio theory, which is better than the risk return target of the single asset investment through the combination of several assets. Broadly speaking, investment targets more than two of the trust products can be referred to as the fund based products. Many of the fund trust products appear on the market at present to the industrial fund of similar models, focusing on a particular industry or market.This paper tries to explore the feasibility of the transformation in the analysis of fund trust products under the new normal, inevitable trend analysis of the fund and its advantages
