摘要：本工程为上海华漕镇社区图书馆建筑与结构设计，工程地址为上海市闵行区，采用钢筋混凝土框架结构，建筑总体4层，房屋高度18.3m，基础形式为独立桩-承台基础。
建筑设计：满足了社区图书馆的基本功能，布置了大小阅览室、书库、学习室等等。功能明确，区域分布清晰。在外观设计上基调简洁、清新、大气。主要体现社区图书馆以满足大家社区文化为宗旨，故而在立面上设置大面积窗户，充分利用天然采光，使室内更加明亮，充满活力。
结构设计：不仅手算了不同支撑类型的板的内力及配筋，而且手算了楼梯的配筋；此外，还手算了代表性框架的荷载、荷载组合、配筋和单桩承载力特征值。其它部分利用盈建科结构电算软件进行了整体框架的抗震设计。在准确完成框架结构建模基础上，合理定义各项参数指标，并融入抗震概念设计的思想，得到合理而经济的结构各构件截面配筋计算结果。此外，利用经典结构计算理论，进行了结构方案中的现浇混凝土楼盖、板式楼梯以及桩基与承台验算的手算设计。

Architectural and structural design of Shanghai huacao town community library
Abstract: in this project for Shanghai hua cao town community library construction and structure design, engineering addresses for minhang district of Shanghai, the reinforced concrete frame structure, building the overall 4 layer, building height of 18.3 m, foundation form pile caps for the independent foundation.
Architectural design: it satisfies the basic function of community library, and sets up reading room, library, learning room and so on.Clear function and clear regional distribution.In the appearance design, the tone is simple, fresh and atmospheric.It mainly reflects the purpose of community library to meet everyone's community culture, so a large area of Windows are set on the facade to make full use of natural lighting to make the interior more bright and full of vitality.
Structural design: not only calculate the internal force and reinforcement of different supporting types of boards by hand, but also calculate the reinforcement of stairs by hand;In addition, the characteristic values of load, load combination, reinforcement and single pile bearing capacity of the typical frame were calculated.The seismic design of the whole frame was carried out by using yingjianke structural computer software.On the basis of accurate complete frame structure modeling, reasonable definition of various parameters, and integrated into the seismic conceptual design ideas, the rational and the economic structure of each component section reinforcement calculation results.In addition, the manual calculation design of cast-in-place concrete floor cover, slab staircase, pile foundation and bearing platform in the structural scheme is carried out by using the classical structural calculation theory.
