忘记把部署程序包了。原因是端口 8880被占用了，我百思不得其解，之前一直都可以怎么会突然出现这种问题呢，然后我又上网搜了下是那个进程占用了这个端口，具体的查看方法是：
在dos命令下：Netstate -nao 可以查看pid
在任务管理器中选课 查看--》pid 可以查看相应的进程在运行，找到进程后将其结束 ，我找到时java.exe这个进程占用了这个端口，我将它结束掉之后重新创建企业项目，并部署和编译，就可以了，原来在eclipse中在web项目还创建一个java project,这个进程占用了8880端口导致websphere服务器不能正常启动，我截了个图片如下：
就是那个java project导致我的websphere不能正常启动，将它删除掉，重新部署下就ｏｋ啦！
