摘要:本课题尝试在生石灰-加气-粉煤灰基陶粒(简称FAAC陶粒)中掺入石蜡0%~4%。石蜡主要起造孔作用,由于石蜡熔点低,在高温时融化为液体排除陶粒,可以有效减轻陶粒密度,同时延长水热合成的时间弥补强度的损失,制得了一种低密度高强度的FAAC陶粒。
本次实验研究了不同烧结温度下的粉煤灰-白泥基陶粒,以粉煤灰为硅质材料,白泥为钙质材料,高岭土为添加剂,在1120℃~1160℃高温下烧结,最终得到了表观密度在1650kg/m3~1900kg/m3,筒压强度为21MPa~28MPa的陶粒。
研究掺量了钢纤维体积为0~3.0%的生石灰-加气-粉煤灰基陶粒(FAAC陶粒),以生石灰为钙质材料,粉煤灰为硅质材料,加气混凝土为填充料,黄砂为粗骨料,Q1-80切碎钢纤维为掺杂相,采用水热合成的方式,制得了筒压强度为12MPa~24MPa的陶粒。
采用1120℃烧制的粉煤灰-白泥基陶粒与不加石蜡的含1.5%钢钎维的FAAC陶粒配制了LC30~LC60四组不同设计强度的陶粒混凝土。除了设计强度为LC60的烧结陶粒混凝土外干表观密度均在1850kg/m3~1950kg/m3之间,为轻集料混凝土。

Title Study on the structure, properties and ceramic lightweight concrete
Abstract:In this paper, try to add paraffin 0% to 4% in lime-aerated -fly ash aerated concrete ceramic(FAAC ceramic).Paraffin wax mainly from the role of hole,because the paraffin melting point is low,melting at high temperatures for the liquid exclusion of ceramsite,can effectively reduce the ceramic density,while extending the time of hydrothermal synthesis to compensate for the loss of strength,made a low-density high-intensity FAAC.In this experiment,the fly ash - white clay - based ceramsic with different sintering temperature,the fly ash as the siliceous material, the white mud as the calcareous material and the kaolin as the additive were sintered at 1120~℃1160℃,and finally got the apparent density of 1650kg/m3~1900kg/m3, cylinder strength of 21MPa~28MPa ceramic.(FAAC ceramic) with the volume of steel fiber in the range of 0~3.0%,the lime as the calcareous material,the fly ash as the siliceous material and the aerated concrete ,the sandy steel was used as the dopant phase, and the calcined steel was used as the dopant phase.The ceramic composites were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis.The ceramic concrete with different design strength was fabricated by LC30~LC60 with FAAC ceramic of 1.5% steel brazing filler without adding paraffin. In addition to the design strength of LC60 sintered ceramsite concrete outside the apparent density of 1850kg/m3
~1950kg/m3 between the light aggregate concrete.
