钛合金等离子3D打印工艺研究

研究了各个焊接工艺参数对单道焊成形效果的外观影响,主要包括焊接电流、焊接速度 和送丝速度。

摘要:TC4钛合金是一种使用较为广泛的常用钛合金,从它的综合性能好、使用时间长久和熟练的制造工艺。传统的钛合金零件在加工时,总会因复杂繁多的工序而使其切削量增大。但钛合金价格昂贵,零件生产成本较高。堆焊成型技术具有几乎无损成形、效率较高的一种零件制造技术。因为等离子焊具有较高的能量密度、操作方便、成形效果好。本次课题主要探究了TC4钛合金在等离子增材制造中的工艺。初步了解其单道焊成形结果与其焊接工艺参数的关系。在此基础上,还研究了等离子多层堆焊中不同焊接工艺对TC4钛合金微观组织和力学性能的影响。

Title Study on Plasma 3D Printing Technology of Titanium Alloy

Abstract:TC4 Titanium alloy is a widely used titanium alloy, from its comprehensive performance, the use of long-term and skilled manufacturing process.Traditional titanium parts in the processing, always because of the complexity of the process and make the amount of cutting. But the titanium alloy is expensive, parts production costs are higher.Surfacing technology has a nearly lossless forming, high efficiency of a part manufacturing technology. Because plasma welding has a high energy density, easy to operate, forming effect is good.This topic mainly explored the TC4 titanium alloy in the plasma by the process of manufacturing. The relationship between the results of single pass welding and the welding process parameters is obtained. On the basis of this, the effects of different welding processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of TC4 titanium alloy in plasma multilayer surfacing were also studied.
