Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server,
不知道为什么Hotspot Shield升级为1.14后显示Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server.安装到一半后网络连接就开始出问题了，本地连接开始寻找IP，之后按多少次CONNECT都显示config
State: Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server
VPN IP Address: Not Set
或State: Daemon Start Error
VPN IP Address: Not Set
Hotspot Shield依存的服务项DECP CLIENT也没有问题（自动，开启）
其实，真正的问题出在本地连接的应用上，
Unable to establish connection with Hotspot Shield Server解决方法:
控制面板-网络连接-右键‘本地连接’-属性-将Hotspot Shield Helper Drier前面的勾去掉，这时启动Hotspot Shield连接就正常了。
